Our Loomis property isn’t just a place where plants are grown—it’s where they thrive. While our Tahoe City nursery is a hub of activity during the warmer months, the colder seasons see our operations move “down the hill” to Loomis. This transition allows us to continue growing and caring for our plants in a more temperate environment. From October through the winter, our Tahoe City location closes, but our work in Loomis is just getting started.
As spring approaches, our plants, nurtured through the winter at our Loomis property, make their way back up to Lake Tahoe. This careful process ensures that when they arrive at our Tahoe City nursery, they are primed and ready to bloom, bringing beauty and life to the mountain landscape.
