Each spring our plant nursery thrives with beautiful, colorful hanging baskets for your home. Our team plants over 700+ hanging baskets with vibrant annuals of a wide mix of plant textures and varieties. We have an array of colors and styles that will match any vibe.
Hanging basket flowers bring a splash of color and charm to spring with their vibrant blooms and cascading growth. They’re perfect for brightening up outdoor spaces, adding a touch of elegance to porches and patios especially in the spring after the winter thaw.
Due to the cool temperatures in the mountains, our hanging baskets are typically available around the first week of June.

Make Tahoe City bloom!
Tahoe City Downtown Association’s stunning hanging basket program, which brightens up downtown every summer, is supported and sponsored in a collaborative effort by many local businesses. Every spring Tahoe Tree Company contributes by donating a portion of the 100+ vibrant custom-made hanging baskets to this initiative. The baskets are carefully nurtured and cultivated in Tahoe Tree’s Loomis greenhouse, a process that typically spans 2-3 months. Once they reach maturity, their team transports them to Tahoe where they are installed on the light posts throughout downtown by TCDA volunteers. Additionally, Tahoe Tree Company provided the water truck, affectionately known as Rita the Flower Wagon, responsible for watering all the plants along main street Tahoe City. (Rita underwent a stunning makeover last summer thanks to the talented JMEL Art !)
It takes a village! Other local businesses and organizations that generously support the program include the North Tahoe Community Alliance, Tahoe City Marina , #TOTBidDollarsatWork and more.
